That Wonderful Feeling…

Now, back at the beginning of January 2025, I wrote and published my first fiction story of the new year called The Mer-Couple (If you have missed it, you can check it out at this link right here: https://medium.com/@jnw112774328/the-mer-couple-by-jenn-webster-46c570f4bfa9) It is a fantastic fantasy story, just like every single fantasy story I have written.
If any of you who have visited my Medium page before or have just visited my page for the very first time, I thought that I would like to share something with you; When I was a young child, I would look forward to any special event that would be happening on TV-Special events such as special episodes of TV shows where they have a dream sequence or a musical episode or something, or Charlie Brown specials (I have some of the specials on DVD), a Disney movie on network television, such as Mary Poppins that have aired on Thanksgiving on CBS back in the early ’80s, and maybe even a campy network TV special (I meant no offense to anyone who hates camp!).
And now that I am older, I wanted to use whatever talent I can muster to share my experience of anticipating those special TV events with a new audience so they could have that experience, too. First, I developed a talent for drawing cartoons, and as you are reading this, I am still very excellent at it! Then, I began to practice my writing skills, first through blogging, and then I had practiced well enough to write things on my own after I left blogging.

Among the first things that I wrote were Kindle books, the most recent one being Brendella (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09D3Y1WWR); later, when the Kindle Vella reading platform came along, I wrote a sequel to that Kindle fantasy book called Brendella & Mooi, which chronicles the events after Brendella and that the title character and the merman prince got married (and that Brendella became a mermaid herself!). However, the Kindle Vella platform will be coming to an end the very next month (in February), and I have uploaded the manuscript for Brendella & Mooi and uploaded it as a Kindle book, and it is now available at the Amazon Kindle Store. If you would like to purchase it, it is at this link right here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DSC7HFYG
Over the years, I have written and drawn most very special things that I believe are memorable, and I hope that all of the readers out there will find my writings and artwork memorable; in the future, I plan on writing and publishing more Kindle books, as well as special YouTube videos. As a matter of fact, back in December, I had just debuted my special YouTube video as a holiday gift to all YouTubers and YouTube viewers out there called The Little Mermaid: A Slideshow Story Tribute. If any of you happen to miss it or would like to check it out for the very first time, then go to this link: https://youtu.be/wiFB_SWnCE4
And so with that, I leave you now with this thought: Keep on dreaming up ideas, and put them on either paper or video, or maybe both!
